The burning Towel?

So yesterday on my way to school was almost a disaster, partly because I took a different way to school. I have to go to Office Depot to get my argumentative paper printed since I no longer have a printer at home. After I left Office Depot I started down us19 like normal, except I was way north of where I normally get onto 19; I was also driving a little faster than normal, but I was staying right with traffic and only passing people in the slow lane and no one else. As I came up on Main street I saw them both, a Mustang “the exact same color as the Lincoln” flying past me like I was standing still and a cop in one of the Charger things; the cop pulled out and I was like boy that guy is screwed. It took a few seconds for the cop to make his way threw traffic; once he did to my surprise, he got behind me; the bastard! I could not believe that he was behind me; we were at the Main street light and when I turned green his lights came on. I was pissed; so pissed the I was picked from the crowd, and now I’m going to be late for school. From the center lane where I was; I maneuvered my way to the slow lane and then into the little parking lot of a pawn shop just south of Main. I put my land yacht into park shut it off and put the keys on the dashboard. While doing those few things and scrambling for my license and registration, I could smell some terrible smelling smoke. At first I thought just my luck the car is on fire; I looked at the hood to see if any smoke was coming out from under it, and there wasn’t any; I looked in the mirrors and out the windows for this rancid smelling smoke. To my left up against a telephone poll was the source; a burning towel or fabric of some sort. The cop seen it to and before coming to my window he walked over to the material and kicked it to the sidewalk, he then stomped on it a few times to snuff the fire. After a few seconds of putting out the fire he started to walk up to my car, and well he didn’t make it far; the towel lit up again and with more smoke this time. The officer stomped it some more; waited a few seconds and it lit right back up. I guess he had had enough, the man walked over to his car grabbed the fire extinguisher fiddled with the locking pin and then spayed the small but persistent fire. Well fire extinguishers put out fires don’t they? He came up to my window, apologized for the fire and taking so long, I nodded; handed him my paper work. He looked at me and said, “I pulled you over for doing sixty in a forty-five.” I wanted to say “bullshit the guy in the Mustang was doing seventy then!” but I kept my mouth shut. He started for his car and then it happened again; flames a foot high coming from this rag with more smoke than ever. Before the officer got into his car he sprayed the flames down with more stuff and a longer burst this time; then got in his car only for a minute and poof more fire more smoke. He got out of the car came up to mine and said “Slow down it would have been a $204 ticket, I’ll move my car” I was like thank God for the burning rag. As I backed up the towel was still burning a one of the fake fire trucks was crossing the median, I wasn’t about to wait for him to put out the fire I didn’t want the cop changing his mind about the ticket! I left as quickly and slowly as possible. So for like twenty minutes a rag burned and in turn saved me from a hefty ticket that at this time I could not afford. I am not saying any thing bad about the cops’ efforts on trying to put out the little fire that could. He tried and the fire just would not go out. I’m am so glad I got out of that ticket; oh yeah I was twenty minutes late for class. Until next time drive slow, no one wants a ticket!

Trump on the go.

Trump tree Well I figured I’d take a few minutes to write a little bit about what has been going on. I have found ways to keep myself busy. I recently planted two new trees in the yard and am trying to keep ‘em alive. I never realized how much water a newly planted tree takes just to keep from wilting. And kids just seem to love the new trees; they are always trying to pull off their leaves. I’m starting to get though to the kids that the trees need their leaves to live, The little ones have even started to help me water the plants; they want to see them grow up to the sun. I hope to soon have a few more plants in the yard.

My motorcycle just recently broke down. Yamaha Viragos have starter problems; the starters like to grind the flywheel teeth down Trump's biketo a nub, and when there are no teeth the bike wont start. I have called around to many a place and get the same expensive answers. The flywheel has been discontinued and if one is found its about $550, so that’s just a little out of my price range. The junkyards have a ton of viragos and they are all there with the same problem, no teeth on the flywheel. And now the bike will sit until someday when I can fix it. I’m a little heart broken because I love to ride and have the wind against my face. I like the gas savings that I get from two wheels. But all good things come with time. For now I’m stuck putting the miles onto the Lincoln.

Sammy and Alyssa (4) Jackie, my sister and I took all the kids to Green Key the other day, it was cool chasing the kids around and watching them play in the water and on the park. I got a few great pictures of the day. Sammy finally has started to like the water and she had a blast putting her head into the water. She tried to run in the water and couldn’t stand up against the current, which was funny to watch her at least try. Alyssa is getting braver around the water too. She waded out to about her chest and was fine with it, now we just got to get her less afraid of the pool. “With adult supervision” it’s cool to see them overcome their fears. Us three grown-ups played on the play ground a little bit too. We need to have a little bit of fun too. After all of the running around was done and the kids were worn down we took a walk down the board walk just to wear them down a little more. The beach day was a ton of fun. And I can’t wait to get a little more sun.

Michael Trump at the driving range          Steve at the driving range (9) After the beach I met up with my buddy Steve and we headed down to the driving range. My shoulder was feeling great so I had to drive some balls. We got to the driving range and I stretched out my arms and went to town. This was the first time I have ever sent any balls over the nets. I was so excited. I hope soon I get another day that I can get a few more over the nets. We burned up like two hours with the Jumbo baskets. I was even able to get a couple of good pictures; well Steve took the ones of me. It was about time that we could get out of the house without our phones ringing off the hook. The driving range made for a kick ass evening.

Jackie and Michael Trump Michael Trump on the Unicycle Chug chug chug Trump's friends Just the other night we had a nice little get together here at my house and had plenty to  drink. Jackie’s friends and cousin came over, as did my stepbrother Jon. We were kind of having a party for Jeremy’s birthday. We mixed a bunch of rums together and did shots. Most of us tried to play some darts but having two girls kissing made of the better of the entertainment. I showed my hairy ass and Jeremy tried to stick a lighter in my butt. Almost every one was feeling up Carries Jeremy on Trump's UnicycleJR with Trump's Unicycle plastic parts. Jackie even  managed to motorboat ‘em. I got a few of the guests to try and ride the unicycle, which was funny to watch. Jeremy’s truck and my Town car some how became stages for pictures and thank god they weren’t dented. The night went very well; that was until my sister got mad about JR hanging all over one of Jackie’s friends. And then my $400 camera got broke. I was so pissed. But for the greater part of the night we all had a blast taking tons of pictures. So now from that night I have no camera and am feeling a little camera  less sickness.Girls on Jeremys truck (12)Girls on my town car (4)

And for other news; I am starting school June 9th. As soon as the Doctors office calls me back I’ll have a new date for my shoulder surgery. I can’t wait to get both of them out of the way. Oh how I hope time flies until I’m done with school; then time needs to come to a halt so that I can get a feel for the good life.
